New Device OTP Request.
Merchant will receive OTP
While login if Merchant has changed their
device then it will request for registering new device provided by OTP.
How to get New Device OTP Request?
The POST request will be send over HTTPS to the
endpoint.
What Parameters are required?
userId- Merchants Registered Email ID
custId - MerchantId
walletOwnerId – For Decimal Finance Mobile App User it will be 7
