A merchant has two options to sign up with :

Through API
Through URL

You can post following parameters with their values here: https:///merchantServices/api/v1/merchantSignup. Further details are to be required to sign up.

Confirm Password
Contact Person's Name
Mobile Number

Once you fill these details, you will get registered with

You can directly go on merchant's login page with https:///merchant/index.jsp. After clicking on "Create an account" button you can find the sign up form with below fields:
