Merchant Monitoring
You can handle the monitoring for following functionalities:
Merchant Monitoring > Single Risk Rule Mapping
Here you can map single risk rule.
How to access page?
After login you need to click on "Merchant Monitoring" tab in the left navigation pannel of Partner's back office.
Search Criteria:
You can search Risk rule on below criteria:
- Member ID
- Terminal ID
Result details
You can map the risk rule with member in merchant monitoring single risk rule.

Merchant Monitoring > Risk Rule Graph
In this page you can retrieve the frequency wise threshold details in tabular format and graphs for specific rule.
How to access pages?
After login you need to click on "Risk Rule Graph" section under "Merchant Monitoring" tab in the left
navigation pannel of Partner's back office.
Search criteria
You can search risk rule graph details on below criteria:
- Member ID
- Terminal ID
- Risk Rule Name
- Frequency
Result details
Search filter shows threshold details and graphs for specific rule based on frequency.
Risk Rule Graph
Merchant Monitoring > Rule Logs
This section displays all logs for the alerts triggered due to Merchant Monitoring Rules . In this page you can view the Members/Monitoring Rules for which alerts were triggered .
How to access pages?
After Login, you need to click on “Rule Logs” section under "Merchant Monitoring" tab in the left navigation
bar of Partner's back office.
Search criteria
Search filter gives the below details:
- Alert Date
- AlertID
- Rule Name
- Frequency
- Team
- MerchantID
- TerminalID
- Report
Result details
Result panel displays the below details about the Merchant Monitoring alert:
- AlertID
- Alert Type
- Alert Team
- MerchantID
- Alert Date
- Rule Name
- Actual Ratio
- AlertThreshold
- Suspension Threshold
- Rule Message
Below Actions can be performed in the details page of the Alert logs:
- Notify Again
- Suspend
